The international law firm ONTIER is moving its corporate headquarters to the 'Habana' building in Madrid. The move will take place in September 2022 and will help the firm keep pace with its growth and reinforce its commitment to sustainability, innovation, and collaborative work.
- The Habana building, owned by Socimi ÁRIMA Real Estate and designed by Fenwick Iribarren Architecture Studio, has a surface area of 4,356 m2, 4 floors, more than 800 m2 of surrounding garden and almost 600 m2 of penthouse garden.

The new ONTIER headquarters has a surface area of 4,356 m2, 4 floors, more than 800 m2 of surrounding garden and almost 600 m2 of penthouse garden.
The building, located in Madrid's business district, occupies an entire block in Paseo de la Habana connected to Castellana. A wraparound garden of 816m2, designed by the prestigious landscaping studio Fernando Martos, and a penthouse garden of 587.5m2, create a unique environment that overlays the building's modern architecture. In addition, there will be a seasonal garden giving access to the lobby and restaurant on the first floor and an auditorium with seating capacity for 150 people.
The closing of the 'Habana' operation before the completion of the building works has generated important synergies between ONTIER and ÁRIMA, allowing the project to be aligned with the needs and business model of the firm and maximising efficiencies. ONTIER also collaborated with the Álvarez-Sala -EAS- architecture studio in the design of spaces to promote a dynamic and collaborative work concept.

Immersive spaces to foster collaboration
The building represents a new office concept and transcends the traditional workspace to evolve towards collaborative environments. To this end, the project brings together open, bright and modular spaces distributed in four floors with socio-cultural areas, terraces and gardens.
