Advising CS Wind, a South Korean energy company, in the acquisition of 60% stake in ASM Industries, a company that operates in the area of manufacturing metal equipment for renewable and marine industries, such as wind towers, offshore foundations, and marine structures, with manufacturing units located in Portugal, valued at EUR 45.50m.
