Intervention as counsel in the most important litigation in Spanish judicial history regarding directors' liability, in the context of the sale of a listed company through a takeover bid, with a disputed amount of more than 1,500 million euros.
Acting as counsel in national and international arbitration proceedings before the Spanish Court of Arbitration, Madrid Court of Arbitration, Madrid Bar Association Court, CIMA, ICC, LCIA, ICSID, where he has conducted numerous proceedings in complex commercial and civil disputes.
