Sara Di Battista graduated in Law (2008) from the University "LUISS Guido Carli" of Rome and has been a lawyer since 2011.
She has been an expert in Private Law at the University "LUISS Guido Carli" of Rome, at the University of Naples "Parthenope" and at the University of Teramo.
She obtained a second level Master’s degree from the University of Rome "LUISS Guido Carli" on the subject of "Regulation of financial activities and markets" under the scientific direction of Prof. Francesco Capriglione, with a thesis on "Liability of the financial intermediary for the promoter’s actions" and a short Master’s degree in Corporate Law on the subject of "Corporate bodies and organisational models" under the scientific direction of Prof. Giuseppe Cavallaro.
She worked for eleven years at the law firm of Prof. Mario Nuzzo, Vice President of “Cassa Depositi e Prestiti”, as well as President of the Tercas Foundation and Professor of Private Law at the University "LUISS Guido Carli" in Rome.
Her main areas of expertise are litigation, including corporate, banking and financial market matters.
She also has significant experience in employment law.
She is a fiduciary lawyer for leading insurance companies.
She is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
