He graduated with honourable mention in law, specializing in international law, from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, discussing his thesis on autonomism and secessionism in the Spanish and Canadian constitutional framework.

He spent a semester studying international law at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Barcelona in Spain, passing with honours the examinations required by the academic programme. 

In September 2022, he joined the Administrative Law Department of Ontier Italy, where he works on energy, environmental, administrative and public law issues.

He is a native Italian and Spanish speaker and is fluent in English. He has basic knowledge of French.
