Marco Reale graduated with top marks in law in 2010 from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, with a thesis entitled "Le prospettive del falso nel bilancio d’esercizio" (The prospects of misrepresentation in financial statements) (Prof. Giovanni Fiori’s chair).

His areas of activity are mainly in the field of M&A transactions, where he has developed considerable expertise in acquisitions, mergers, demergers, divestments, joint ventures and capital transactions.

He has also gained significant experience in the areas of contract and real estate law, thanks to his previous professional assignments for national and international clients.

In November 2022, he entered Ontier Italia, where he joined the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate departments.

Marco Reale is a native Italian speaker and he is fluent in English.
